Shipping Information

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process your order before shipping. All standard shipping orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. We also offer UPS delivery in two (2) business days if order is placed by 12 noon. The shipping fees are as follows:

International Shipping Policy

Requirements:

• International mail is subject to Customs examination in the destination country.
• The contents and value of an item must be declared on the legitimate customs form provided through the United States Postal Service. Customs Declaration Form mandatory fee of $2.75 USD.
• Please allow an additional 7 – 10 days for Customs examination.
• Certified mail and Collect on Delivery (COD) mail are NOT available in conjunction with International shipments.
• PO Box addresses are NOT available in conjunction with International shipments. We encourage you to provide a street address as your “ship to” address.
• Overnight options and Global Priority are NOT available in conjunction with International shipments.
• Return receipt service provided through the United States Postal Service grants Dermatect Inc with confirmation of delivery. Return Receipt Form mandatory fee $2.75 USD.

Optional:

• Insurance: At the sender’s option, packages mailed through the United States Postal Service to International destinations can be insured against loss, damage or rifling. Optional insurance fee $7.75 USD.

Returns

Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please send the original receipt with your return for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges on returned items is non refundable. We cannot accept returns on used or opened items. We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for the reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned from international destinations.

Testimonial Rules & Regulations

Dermatect Inc will post comments from our customers on our web site. If you would like to be considered for posting, please adhere to the following rules and regulations.

1. You must have previously purchased a product from Dermatect Inc.
2. Testimonial application must be filled out completely.
3. Testimonial application must be in the English language.
4. Testimonial application must be legible.
5. Testimonial application must be received within 30 days of product shipment.
6. Testimonial application must not contain offensive or objectionable material.
7. A limit of five (5) testimonials will be posted monthly.
8. All decisions for posting are final.
9. Testimonial applications will not be returned.
10. Chosen testimonials will only post first name of customer and state of residence per customer.
11. By returning this application, it is understood that applicants accept possible communication from Dermatect Inc via e-mail for confirmation.
12. Dermatect Inc reserves the right to reject or refuse any applications that do not adhere to our policies and procedures.
